Our 40th Reunion for the Sullivan Class of 1969 will be held on November 14th, 2009 at Pinstripes on Willow Road in Northbrook, Illinois, 60062.

Robb's Inaugural Blog
Hi friends and family,
I have decided to start my own personal blog. Since most of you think I am very opinionated, I will now put my "pearls of wisdom" on the Internet for all to enjoy, mock or otherwise comment on. And I do encourage all to make known their thoughts and feelings on the various topics I will pontificate on.
I will also post excerpts from my upcoming books, these of course I hope you enjoy and derive comfort as I will be writing on many topics for your well being. As we Boomers get on in age and life, we all confront many of the same issues dealing with life, health, love, loss, friendship and relationships both good or toxic.
So wish me luck, and I hope you enjoy this little spark of enlightenment. Remember that "Joy" is a place in the here and now. It is not some abstract concept or some place to go to in the future or a value that you hope to attain thru meditation. Joy is the attainment of well being. Plain and simple. If life is to be lived in the moment, than a life of Joy is your goal. Not Yesterday, that is over, not Tomorrow, that has not yet arrived, but Today. So start your Today right now and stop worrying about a Tomorrow that may never come. In fact just stop worrying.
